Year 4 : New year, New resolution

Bismillahirrahmaanirrahiim

After all the hardships we've been through in year 3, we're already make it to the new year, semester 7 out of 10, year 4 ! how time flies~

So, in this semester, we will go through all sorts of unfamiliar postings : The first one is Community Medicine, which all about public health, field trips and research project. Elective posting is included in this posting but we're gonna have it at the end of year 4. The next posting are gonna be Family Medicine, clinical lab, palliative posting.

And after almost 2 weeks of break, semester 8 started. The postings maybe getting tougher & tougher. Start with several minor postings : ophthalmology, ENT, Forensics. And then Orthopaedics & emergency postings will be held just before we enter our final year.

To polish our skills in clinical ; physical examinations & able to diagnose common diseases, we must involve in mentoring juniors in each major postings (IM, surgery, paeds, O&G) so that we constantly remember the steps in doing it in the right way. I found it really helpful after doing it with my juniors. 

As our new year started along with maal hijrah, I should renew my intentions in my studies, improve relationship with family, friends & doctors, & above all, improve myself as a servant of The Creator. #BukakBukuBaru
